New diet techniques
Anna got an expander today for her mouth. It is a temporary metal thing attached to the roof of her mouth. It should enlarge her pallate. It looks painful. So it's mashed potaotos and ice cream for the next month. Yeah! (I wonder if that's on my diet, too, or if she just meant Anna?)

What? No jello? Tell Anna I am so sorry for her pain. I once woke up in the middle of the night and ripped the headgear out of my mouth and threw it against the wall because I was so tired of the pain. Hopefully, Anna won't attempt that, but I feel her pain.
ReplyDeleteI had one of those!! Stephanie got mad at me the first day I wore it because I had a lisp and she thought I was trying to talk like a baby. She told me to talk normal and I said "it's my redainer!" I remember it only hurt the first few hours after I had to widen it out. I'm sorry Anna I hope its not so bad!!
